Refund policy
The item just didn't work for you and you want to try a different size or something else?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will receive in store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for any shipping costs during returns/exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
No returns or exchanges on earrings.
Exchanges
If you chose to an exchange, once we receive your return in the condition listed above and it has been approved for a return we will ship out your exchanged item within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified of the credit on your account with Camel Threads.
